Endurratsmotoclub Store (owned and operated by SJc Plumbing LLC) is committed to transparent shipping terms. This page explains where we ship, how much shipping costs, how long orders take, and what happens if something goes wrong. No hidden fees, no “ước lượng mơ hồ”.

1) Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

United States (Standard Shipping)

If your address cannot be selected at checkout, it means we do not support that destination at this time.

2) Shipping Cost

We use a simple, predictable shipping model:

Flat-rate shipping: $8.55 per order

This fee is displayed during checkout before payment is completed. It covers packing, handling, and shipping service costs.

3) Sales Tax

Sales tax at checkout: 0%

We do not charge sales tax on orders at checkout.

4) Order Cutoff Time

To keep processing consistent:

Daily cutoff time: 5:00 PM (Pacific Time)

How cutoff affects your timeline:

Orders placed before 5:00 PM PT are typically treated as placed that same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM PT are treated as placed on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends/holidays are treated as placed on the next business day.

5) Processing Time

Before your order ships, it goes through processing.

Processing time: 2–4 business days

Processing includes:

order confirmation and verification
packing and preparation for shipment
shipping label creation and carrier handoff

Business days mean Monday–Friday (excluding major holidays).

6) Shipping Time (Transit Time)

After your order ships:

Transit time: 8–10 business days

Transit time depends on carrier routing, regional distance, and seasonal volume.

7) Total Delivery Time

This is what customers usually care about most.

Estimated total delivery time: 10–12 business days
(Processing 2–4 business days + Transit 8–10 business days)

Important notes:

This timeline is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery promise.
Peak seasons (holidays), severe weather, and carrier network delays can extend delivery time.

8) Tracking Information

When available, we provide tracking to keep things simple:

Tracking details are sent by email once the order ships.
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show movement after label creation.

If tracking says “Label Created” for a bit, that is normal until the carrier scans the package in their system.

9) Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Please double-check:

apartment/unit number
street spelling
ZIP code
phone number (if requested by the carrier)

If an order is returned due to:

incorrect/incomplete address
failed delivery attempts
refused package

…we may require:

a new shipping payment to reship the order, or
we may issue a refund minus shipping/handling, depending on the situation.

10) Changes and Cancellations (Shipping-Related)

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately. We can only update addresses before the order ships.

Once an order has been shipped:

we cannot reroute it in most cases
changes depend on carrier options and may involve extra fees

11) Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Carrier networks are usually fine, but reality loves chaos.

If your order is delayed:

wait a bit for tracking updates (sometimes it stalls then jumps)
then contact us if it’s significantly past the expected window

If your order appears lost:

If your order arrives damaged:

clear photos of the damaged item(s)
photos of the packaging (outer box/mailers + shipping label if possible)

We’ll review and work toward a resolution based on the shipment status and evidence provided.
