Returns & Refunds Policy

Effective Date: January 9, 2026

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made at Endurratsmotoclub Store (owned and operated by SJc Plumbing LLC). Please read carefully before placing an order because humans hay bấm mua xong mới hỏi “đổi được không”.

1) Returns: General Rule

We accept returns for eligible items that meet the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Item must be returned in original packaging (if applicable)

  • Return request must be submitted within the allowed return window (see below)

If an item shows signs of use, damage not caused by shipping, or is missing parts/packaging, the return may be rejected.

2) Return Window

  • You must request a return within 30 days of delivery.

“Delivered” is based on carrier tracking status.

3) Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For safety, hygiene, or product-type reasons, some items may not be eligible for return. Examples (when applicable):

  • final sale / clearance items (if marked “Final Sale”)

  • gift cards (if any)

  • items that are damaged due to customer misuse

  • items returned outside the return window

If a product listing states special return conditions, those conditions apply.

4) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item (Our Fault)

If your order arrives:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • or you received the wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item

  • photos of the packaging and shipping label (recommended)

If confirmed, we will offer an appropriate resolution such as:

  • replacement (if available), or

  • refund to the original payment method

5) How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (required if damaged/defective/wrong item)

  • Whether you prefer refund (or exchange if available)

We will respond with return instructions and the return shipping details.

6) Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, shipping damage), we will cover or reimburse return shipping when applicable.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (changed mind, ordered wrong size, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or when the return is due to our error.

7) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method (PayPal or card via Stripe).

  • Refund timing depends on your bank/payment provider, often 3–10 business days (sometimes longer).

We do not issue refunds to alternate payment methods.

8) Partial Refunds (When Applicable)

A partial refund may be issued if:

  • item is returned used or not in original condition

  • packaging/accessories are missing

  • return is outside policy requirements but still accepted at our discretion

9) Exchanges

Exchanges are handled case-by-case depending on stock availability.
If you need an exchange, contact us first so we can confirm availability and the correct steps.

10) Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

  • If the order has not been processed/shipped yet, we may be able to cancel and refund.

  • If the order has already shipped, it will be handled as a return (if eligible).

11) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, contact us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us can delay resolution and may affect your ability to place future orders. We keep receipts. Computers love receipts.
