Payment Policy

At Endurratsmotoclub Store (owned and operated by SJc Plumbing LLC), we accept secure online payments to make checkout fast, safe, and boring in the best way.

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept:

  • PayPal

  • Credit/Debit Cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover where supported)

How Payments Are Processed

  • All payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers (PayPal and Stripe).

  • We do not store your full card details on our servers.

  • Your payment information is handled under the security and privacy standards of the payment processor you choose.

Authorization and Charges

  • When you place an order, your payment may be authorized immediately and then captured at the time of purchase or when the order is processed, depending on the payment method and bank rules.

  • If your bank/payment provider declines or flags the transaction, the order may not be completed.

Currency

  • Unless otherwise stated at checkout, all payments are processed in USD.

Payment Confirmation

  • After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • If you do not receive confirmation within a few minutes, check spam/junk folders first (because email providers love drama), then contact us.

Fraud Prevention

To protect customers and our store, we may hold, cancel, or refuse an order if we detect:

  • mismatched billing/shipping information,

  • unusual purchasing behavior,

  • suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

If an order is canceled for security reasons, any captured payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method (PayPal or the card used via Stripe).

  • Refund timing depends on the payment processor and your bank (often 3–10 business days, sometimes longer).
