We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of our website to do the same.

This policy explains how copyright owners can submit a notice of alleged infringement and how affected parties may respond.

1) Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe that material available on our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA Takedown Notice by providing the following information in writing:

Incomplete or vague notices may be ignored. We are not detectives.

3) Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA Counter-Notification including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its original location before removal.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.

  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or your location if outside the U.S.) and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original copyright owner files a court action.

4) Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to:

  • terminate access

  • remove content

  • disable accounts

for users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers, at our discretion and as permitted by law.

5) Misuse of the DMCA Process

Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notices may result in legal consequences.
DMCA is not a toy, and it is not a “report button because I’m annoyed”.
